IDES Inc. announced that they have released a search module in their plastic material datasheet search engine, Prospector, that accesses ‘green plastics‘ that are biodegradable or compostable, include recycled content, or are derived from renewable resources.
“Since bioplastics have become such an important topic, we chose to develop a green plastics search to help industry professionals select eco-friendly materials,” said Mike Kmetz, president of IDES. “Each day we are learning about new bioplastics entering the market and our team of engineers adds new data to our Prospector database each week.”
