Tzatziki

1 strained Greek yoghurt (Fage Total 170gr.)
1 piece of cucumber
1 garlic clove (you add more if you sleep alone or want to...)
10 leaves fresh mint
2 tbs olive oil
salt, pepper
peel and grate the cucumber, place it in a sieved and above a bowl, sprinkle with salt and let it rest to draw out water, drain it well by squizzing it.
finely chop the garlic and the mint leaves
Mix all the ingredients and stir. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh mint or a black olive.
Allow to rest 1 or 2 hours in the fridge and serve it very fresh.
