This is not a very good wine. It tastes musty and dusty and is best left of the shelf. Of late in this part of France (Languedoc) there’s been a movement towards single grape varieties wines and most are not that good and the reason for this shift is that the export market (U.K. and U.S.A.) seem to have a love of ‘Merlot’ ‘Pinot’ etc. wines for some reason. This really misses the whole point of wines from France. THE ART OF BLENDING.
Cost = €4.80 a bottle
