Trudon: candles reflecting the French History

Publié le 10 juillet 2009 par Topika

Since 1643, Trudon has been excelling in the art of vegetal wax. Its candles are part of the French History, illuminating the balls at the Versailles castle during the reign of Louis the 14th. Today, the candle maker is working with the biggest French brand names like Dior, Cartier and Hermès. Trianon, Roi Soleil or Empire, each scent is remembering an era. An olfactory trip with Naopleon or Marie Antoinette. In a supreme luxury, Trudon offers its “Grande Bougie” (2,8 kg) in a glass with sculpted gold letters. The “Cierge Impériale” is the main item of the brand, it is the exact replica of the present that Napoleon gave to his newly born son. These are real jewels, rare treasures, and very expensive, but worth every penny.
