  1. Listen (twitter search, google realtime and blog search)
  2. answer (with priority majoration)
  3. respond to criticisms and compliments
  4. provide a service 24/7 (investment is similar to a monthly budget of a little PR or advertising campaign for much of result)
  5. be transparent and recognize the facts
  6. consolidate feedback
  7. make applications most requested priority and remember to innovate
  8. be on all main networks (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, LinkedIn)
  9. create your network and your newsletter
  10. update your network pages
  11. read comments and feedback, answer
  12. be connected with the fan, create VIP access or rules.
  13. use social tools inside the company
  14. be partner of social or web events
  15. hire community evangelists
