Aujourd'hui j'ai mis la recette en Anglais, je mettrai demain la traduction en Francais.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of pasta, i used Fusilli Integrali
- 1 small onion
- 1 small box of mushrooms
- 1 can of tuna
- fresh basil leaves
- fresh chopped coriander
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- shredded cheddar cheese
Method:
- Boil the water and cook pasta for 10 minutes.
- Put the olive oil in the pan
- Chop the onion and put in the pan with the mushrooms
- Cook for several minutes
- Then add the tuna and stir fry for 10 more minutes
- Add the herbs, salt and pepper
- Mix all and put aside
- Remove the water of the pasta
- Add the jar of tomato sauce and mix
- Add the mixture and mix
- Put in two baking dishes, add the cheddar cheese and bake for 15 minutes on 180 degres C.
