I went to organic restaurant in Bangkok for the first time these days.
Compared with Tokyo, we can get organic products easily at supermarkets in Bangkok.
But I don’t often see organic restaurants.
I heard that organic restaurant is getting popular in Bangkok though.
I visited one of the famous organic restaurant to reconsider my diet…
The place is SUSTAINA on Sukhumvit Soi 39.
It’s located in a very convenient area around BTS Phrom Phong station.
They have an organic super market on the ground floor and the restaurant is upstairs.
There are so many set meals, so you never get bored!
The price is cheaper than organic restaurants in Tokyo, I think. About 270 baht + service per set.
It was a bit surprising!
I ordered Tuna and Tofu Hamburger & Grilled Soury Pickled with Rice Bran.
Looks colorful and appetizing.
I like this kind of gentle flavoring.
It reminded me of how many food additives our usual daily meals use…
I could really refresh with a safe, more natural meal here.

先日、バンコクで初めてオーガニックレストランへ行ってきました。
場所はSukhumvit Soi 39にあるSUSTAINA。
1階はスーパー、2階がレストランになっています。
バンコクのオーガニックレストランって高そうだな～というイメージから、
ずっと行けずにいたのですが、東京のオーガニックレストランやデリより少しお安めでした^^
バンコクではスーパーで気軽にオーガニック野菜が手に入るし、
こうしてレストランでもお得に食事ができるのを知り、また少しバンコク生活が好きになりました♥️
しかもここはセットメニューが豊富なので飽きない！！
アクセスも良いのでこれからもちょくちょくお世話になりそうです。
肝心なお味はというと、優しい味付けでホッとします。
いかに普段の食事が調味料や添加物でギトギトになっているのかを改めて思い知らされたわ。
安全なものを食べるとなんだかとっても癒された気分になりますし、
リフレッシュできますよね。
