Un enfant de 4 mois dans un centre de rétention, et vous trouvez cela normal ? Moi non ! Et j’aimerais ne pas être le seul. Aussi,  je veux et j’exige, sous peine d’être définitivement fâché avec mes congénères, que partout en France, voire dans le monde, tous et toutes, sur les blogs, les sites, sur les ondes et dans les journaux, sur tous les supports, numériques et physiques, quels qu’ils soient , nous criions notre indignation :  rien ne justifie cela ! Rien !

Sarkosy,Hortefeux, Bessson, et toute la clique,  je vous défie en place publique, choisissez votre arme ! Car face à un tel affront quant à la plus élémentaire dignité humaine, à un tel manque de sensibilité humaniste, une seule solution : le combat !  Sans états d’âme et sans retenue !

Comme le dit très justement la Cimade (qu’on a voulu évincer, souvenons nous en, de ces centres par le biais hypocrite d’un appel d’offres décrié)

« la politique du chiffre conduit ainsi, une fois de plus, à nier les plus élémentaires principes d’humanité ».

Je viens d’apprendre qu’un enfant de 4 mois et ses parents, un couple russo-azerbaïdjanais, viennent d’être enfermés dans un centre de rétention de Nîmes.

Pourtant, le juge des libertés et de la détention de Nîmes a considéré, ce jeudi 30 avril, que la procédure était irrégulière puisque (je cite)  » incompatible avec la convention des droits de l’Homme et avec la convention des droits de l’enfant« .

Aussi, je vous demande d’user dès à présent de votre pouvoir pour faire le nécessaire afin que cet enfant soit rendu à son innocence, et notre pays à sa dignité : celle du  » pays des droits de l’homme ».

Sans réponse de votre part, nous nous verrons contraints d’organiser une résistance impitoyable vis à vis des centres de rétention, qui constituent selon nous une verrue dans notre pays autrefois plus libre, et dont nous étions plus fiers.
