The Audreys a une reconnaissance critique et publique dans leur pays et leurs trois albums publiés depuis 2006 ("Between Last Night And Us", "When the Flood Comes", "Sometimes the Stars") ont obtenu de nombreux prix. Originaire d'Adélaïde, le cœur du groupe est un duo formé de la chanteuse Taasha Coates et du guitariste Tristan Goodala.
Après Julia Stone, originaire de Sydney, c'est donc à la rencontre d'une autre Australie que nous invite la musique de The Audreys. Et la poétique et touchante animation 2D, réalisée par Ari Gibson et Jason Pamment, en est la belle illustration.
