At first sight, the Second Band is just another project for all its members : they were busy with their own bands, then they get back into this little team and it turned out to become eventually their main project. You got it? That's it for the reason of the "second" thing.
I received weeks ago some new songs from them. Since other blogs mention them right away, I did not get into the bandwagon at this time. Still, their new songs are good. As good as their previous ones actually. After few EPs, here comes The Definite form, their first proper album : it will be out on the 2nd of February (you'll be able to buy it there).
Sure, you might think this is classic pop rock music, and you would be right. But I enjoy it and actually don't think it is possible to find this is bad stuff.

A première vue, the Second Band est juste un projet parallèle pour tous ses membres : ils étaient tous occupés avec leurs propres groupes, puis ils ont lancé ce projet parallèle qui est devenu avec le temps leur activité principale. Pigé? Voilà pourquoi il s'agit d'un groupe "second".
J'ai reçu il y a pas mal de semaines leurs nouvelles chansons. Puisque d'autres blogs se sont empressés de les publier, je les ai gardées sous le coude en laissant passer le bandwagon. Malgré tout, leurs nouveaux titres sont réussis. Autant que leurs précédents, en fait. Après quelques EPs, voici donc The Definite form, leur premier album : date de sortie prévue pour le 2 février (vous pourrez alors l'acheter ici).
Bien-sûr, vous me direz qu'il ne s'agit que de pop-rock classique, et vous aurez raison. Mais j'aime et défie quiconque de trouver cela mauvais.
