Sébastien Léger, the french talented Dj/producer owner of the Mistakes imprint, is fast becoming one of the hottest French techno labels with key releases and remixes such as : Rodriguez Jr., Gabriel Ananda, Max Bett, Christian Smith, Joachim Pastor, Jay Lumen, Umek, Kaiserdisco, Uto Karem or Popof the boss of Form Music. Sebastien Léger offer us here his new “Napolitan EP”, that will be released under the imprint of Popof tomorrow on Beatport and then in all shops on October 10th. It is composed of 2 heavy and melodic techno tracks that we will review now!

Form Music is an electronic music label founded in 2009 by French producer Popof in order to gather both new and established talented artists and to promote artistic open-mindedness by assembling various genres of electronic music. The label have already featured such names as Sébastien Léger, Popof, Julian Jeweil, N'to, Noob, Reset Robots, Leonardo Gonnelli, Max Bett, Vlada Asanin, Sam Ball, H2, Jay Lumen, Sam Paganini and many more newcomers and confirmed talented artists backed by mixes and original productions...

The 2 tracks are definitely evolving in the style of what Sebastien is doing for more than 5 years now. The best track of the EP “Napolitan” evolves in a dark techno atmosphere with a little vocal sampled all along the track. We can hear some great funky notes that contrast with the underground and heavy percussions that drive the production into a successful journey.

Les 2 pistes évoluent sans conteste dans le style développé par Sébastien maintenant depuis plus de 5 ans. Le meilleur titre de l'EP "Napolitan" propose une atmosphère techno sombre avec un vocal court et samplé tout au long du track. On notera quelques notes funky qui contrastent avec les percussions souterraines et lourdes qui dirigent la production dans un voyage sonore très réussi.
