On ouvre les portes à la douceur avec ce dixième EP sorti sur Délicieuse.

Tout se passe autour du morceau « I’m Done » qui nous est offert par les producteurs allemands Artenvielfalt. Déjà bien installés sur notre label, ils ont assisté le groupe The Project, duo 100% masculin nous provenant tout droit de Lübeck, dans la finalisation de ce concentré de soul et de détente. Pour couronner le tout, la divine Miss NatNat, qu’on vous avait déjà présenté au mois de mars sur Délicieuse, pose sa voix rocailleuse et élégante sur le titre.

Dans un premier temps la version « club » du titre qui nous est offerte par Lennart et Ben d’Artenvielfalt. Une production ultra-propre et tout en finesse. Encore une fois on sent toute l’expérience du duo qui vient nous dynamiter la version originale à grands coups de kick.

Vient ensuite la version acoustique du titre, tout en non-chalance et en détente où la combinaison entre les guitares et les voix se fait à merveille. Cette ouverture au registre pop et acoustique se fait ici avec douceur et élégance.

Marlon Hoffstadt & HRRSN, duo qu’on affectionne tout particulièrement et qu’on soutient depuis le début interprètent la chose dans une version moins club et plus loungy en y greffant de beaux éléments d’orchestration.

Enfin, on remercie notre ami Björn Störig pour sa solide interprétation du titre dans un pur style “deep-house” solide et efficace.

We open the doors of sweetness with our 10th release on Délicieuse Records.
Our latest collaboration revolves around the title « I’m Done » offered to us by the German producers of Artenvielfalt.  Already veterans to our label, they helped assist The Project, a double man act deriving from Lübeck. While finalizing this production, their concentration was purely on soul and relaxation. In standing by this, they incorporated the divine Miss NatNat, an artist whose been earlier featured on the Délicieuse. Her refined raspy vocals exuberate elegance and organically fuse within this piece.
The EP opens up with a pop sound yet one embodying a softness and sophistication. Listening in on the acoustic version of this title, a wave of serenity manifests from the immaculate blend of both guitar and vocal. Following, comes the « club » version of this title, provided by Lennart and Ben themselves, the guys who make up Artenvielfalt. It’s truly an experience when the two take on a piece; executed with finesse as always, the sound’s result is flawless. A string of groove emits from our headphones, supplying a real kick to the original version.
Marlon Hoffstadt & HRRSN, a duo whom we’re particularly fond of, interpret the debut in a version more lounge-applicable as they accentuate beautiful orchestration elements into the piece. And lastly, we’re met with our friend, Björn Störig, who delivers us a “deep-house” rendition of the track, solidly implemented and efficient.
