Synopsis : DES FLASHBACK SUR UN MOMENT BIEN SOMBRE DE LA VIE DE DAMON — Alors qu’il tente de dissimuler sa propre douleur, Stefan continue d’apporter son aide à Katherine jusqu’à ce que Caroline propose une forme de thérapie pour le moins inhabituelle. Après avoir essayé de se rattraper auprès de Caroline, Elena devient tellement inquiète au sujet de Damon qu’elle se tourne vers Aaron afin de lui demander de l’aide. Plus tard, lorsque Damon révèle à Elena une terrible épreuve à laquelle il a dû faire face par le passé, et qu’il a caché pendant des décennies, Elena décide alors de partager l’information troublante qu’elle vient juste d’apprendre sur sa propre famille. Enfin, Aaron prend une décision désespérée après avoir eu une conversation avec le Dr Wes Maxfield.
