J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer Isa la créatrice de Isa's Restoratives à Montréal il a déjà quelques semaines. Il est rare que j'a la chance de rencontrer les personnes avec qui se tissent des liens via les collaborations et les médias sociaux, car j'habite Montréal et à Montréal y pas grand-chose sur le sujet de la beauté green, non toxique et naturel. Ça fait quelques fois que je le répète, et j'ai l'air de parler en mal de ma ville, mais non, c'est juste un fait.
Super rencontre très enrichissante, mon anglais est débutant, mais Isa parle portugais donc elle a une très belle base en français donc la conversation a été fluide. J'ai aimé écouter Isa me raconter son histoire et l'histoire de la création de ses produits. Lorsqu'on entend Isa parler, on ne peut pas le nier, les produits Isa Restoratives sont concoctés avec une immense dose d'amour et de passion.
Ceci n'est pas un sérum ni une huile. C'est plutôt entre la texture d'une huile et d'un baume, mais toujours en version liquide. Je ne sais pas si vous voyez ce que je veux dire. La texture est parfaite, sans grumeaux, ultra lisse, mais plus épaisse qu'une huile.

J'adore ce sérum-oil-baume. Il hydrate ma peau mieux qu'une huile. Je ne l'utilise pas tous les soirs, car il est ultra riche et ma peau n'a pas ce besoin, mais 2 soirs par semaine je donne une cure d'hydratation à ma peau avec Liquid Gold. C'est impressionnant lorsqu'on l'applique, car on a vraiment le visage huileux et le lendemain, la peau est douce, soyeuse et repulpée. Le temps froid arrive au Québec, alors il se pourrait bien que j'augmente la fréquence d'application de ce sérum-huile-baume. Malgré le froid ici, le sérum n'a pas bougé, aucun grumeau ne s'est formé dans le fond. Le mélange est parfaitement équilibré.

I had the chance to meet creator Isa from Isa's Restoratives in Montreal. It is rare to have the chance to meet the people with whom you have built a relationship through the partnerships and communicate in the social media, because I live in Montreal, and there is not much in Montreal about green, natural and non-toxic beauties. I've been saying it quite a few times, and it might look like I am talking bad about my city, but no, it is just a fact.
Very enriching meeting, even with my beginner-level of English, but Isa speaks Portuguese so she has basics in French and the conversation was fluid. I loved to listen to Isa telling me her story and the history of her products' creation. When you hear Isa talk, you can't deny it, Isa Restoratives products are prepared with a huge dose of love and passion.
This is not a serum and not an oil. The texture is more between an oil and a balm, but always in a liquid form. I hope you understand what I am trying to say. The texture is perfect, no clumping, ultra flat, but thicker than oil.

My experience
I love this serum-oil-balm. It hydrates my skin better than an oil. I don't use it every evening, because it is super rich and my skin does not have this need, but 2 times a week I give to my skin this Liquid Gold hydration cure. It is impressive when you apply it, because you really get the face oily and the next day the skin is so soft and silky. Cold weather has arrived in Quebec, so it is highly possible that I will increase the application of this serum-oil-balm. Even with the cold, the serum has not moved, no clumps have appeared at the bottom. The mix is perfectly balanced.

Cette huile pour le corps est divine! L'odeur est incroyable. En fait, je n'ai jamais eu la chance d'essayer un produit avec des Violettes jusqu'à celui-ci. Wow. De plus, lorsqu'on en apprend plus sur le processus de la fabrication de cette huile, on ne peut seulement encore plus l'aimer. Chaque Pétale est cueilli et sélectionné à la main par Isa dans un environnement sauvage. Les pétales sont ensuite étalés sur une grande table quelques jours pour sécher. Ensuite elles seront ajoutées dans un grand bocal d'huile biologique pour infuser. Il faut essayer seulement quelques gouttes pour tomber en amour. J'avais un échantillon que j'ai terminé en quelques jours... Je n'ai pas pu résister à le garder plus longtemps. J'attends vers la fin de ma grossesse pour me procurer une bouteille :)

Isa's Resroratives - Violetta Body Oil*
This body oil is divine. The smell is incredible. Actually, I never had the chance to try a product with violets until now. Wow. Also, when you learn more about the fabrication process of this oil, you can only love it more. Each petal is carefully selected and picked up by hand by Isa in a wild environment. The petals are then left to dry out for a few days on a large table. They are then put in a big jar wth organic oil to infuse. You only need to try a few drops to fall in love with it. I had a sample that I finished in a few days... I couldn't resist to keep it unopened. I will wait until the end of my pregnancy to get a bottle :)
Obviously, I have other products from Ida Restoratives that I want to talk about, but I am trying only one or two at the time. There will be some more reviews to share about Isa Restoratives skincare in the future!
