MOOHONG's Fall-Winter 2019 collection travels across time and space, aptly fusing 18th century-inspired garments with motorcycle and sportswear aesthetics. The fabrics were transformed to reflect the passing of time and subtly tinged with ink. Boiled wool combines with velvet and synthetic fabrics in a playfully anachronistic patchwork. Vintage pieces were dissected to reproduce the traditional stitching of 18th century suits with a deliberate contemporary twist. Dark romanticism is revived through contrasts and juxtaposition.
