“Shooting war” d’Anthony Lappé et Dan Goldman : un comics mettant un scène un blogueur citoyen dans un futur chaotique

A l’origine, Shooting war était une web-série publiée sur le webzine Smith. Les auteurs ont décidé d’en faire un livre qui est sorti en novembre dernier. L’idée de départ : un monde où la Cour Suprème des Etats-Unis dénie le droit de propriété privé aux citoyens, au profit de corporations quand ces dernières prouvent qu’elles peuvent générer plus de profits avec. Shooting War, writer Anthony Lappé and illustrator Dan Goldman’s glossy, all-color graphic novel, is another such political satire focused on the business of corrupt journalism, wars on terror (specifically the war in Iraq before it smoothly transitions into the war in Iran), and networks shaking hands with governments.
