Patrick Stump "So Sick" (la reprise surprise/Ne-Yo cover)

Publié le 23 novembre 2008 par Mysoulblog

Fall Out Boy's leader Patrick Stump has already shown his inclination for Hip Hop/R&B collaborations, and has thus been featured on a bunch of rap albums already. We already know about his appearances on Timbaland's Shock Value, The Roots latest album (Rising Down), and T.I's Paper Trail, among others. We've also seen him perform an energic duet with Rihanna on her track "Shut Up And Drive" live at the 2007's VMAs. But did you know that the guy actually put a pop acoustic twist to Ne-Yo's first commercial success, the sultry ballad "So Sick" ? You can listen to his personnal rendition at the very end of the French post, as part of our weekly "reprise surprise" (unexpected cover) section.

(Out In The Cold). En tant que producteur, il a offert le titre "Little Weapon" à Lupe Fiasco sur son album The Cool, et a supervisé le 2e opus de Gym Class Heroes, "As Cool As School Children". On se souvient également de son duo explosif avec Rihanna sur Shut Up And Drive, en live aux MTV VMA's 2007.
