When Felicity told me about her new clothes brand, I immediately find it so gorgeous and unique.
Felicity have created Let Them Eat Cake through a passion for beautiful textiles. She wanted to create unique clothes with an emphasis on long lasting quality.

She's based in Bath, not so far from Bristol, and she mainly uses rare vintage fabrics as well as locally sourced fabrics. Everything is handmade by seamstresses in Bath. I also have a range of 100% organic tshirts that are also printed in Bath. It's a family business, everyone is involved : designs and photography by Felicity, graphics by Oliver, her husband and her children as models.
The clothes give a nod to vintage styling but have a thoroughly modern edge.

Let Them Eat Cake celebrates the freedom of childhood through a soft vintage colour palette, it's whimsical nature allows for movement and fun !
A few words about what Felicity loves for children :
* I am a massive fan of the New York based brand Wovenplay as I love their use of natural colours and imaginative styling.

I also love Le vestiaire de Jeanne, for its beautiful use of shapes and wonderful neutral colours.* I am obsessed with collecting vintage children's chairs and I have many different styles, I also love anything for kids which is well designed and combines beauty & functionality. I would love to get into furniture or product design one day !...* I also love Papier Mache magazine & Milk magazine. They are so full of inspiration for me !
