Las Tablas is located in the Province of Los Santos, about 4 hours drive of Panama. It holds in February the most famous carnival of the country and as such it is known worldwide. Queens, costumes, water, and festive people are the ingredients for the attraction of the event: the competition between the Up Town (Calle Arriba) and the Down Town (Calle Abajo) Main street. In the following photos, Noris Edith Vasquez Cortez is the Queen 2010 of Calle Abajo.
