Bien que ce ne soit pas encore officiellement l'automne, nous en avons (enfin) un petit avant gout. Depuis trois nuits nous dormons la fenêtre ouverte et aujourd'hui il fait une parfaite journée, 23°C dehors, il fera 10° ce soir. Un peu de vent d'automne qui devrait chasser les moustiques du jardin au moins pour la journée. Il me tarde les couleurs d'automne.
Il faut dire que cette année nous n'avons quasiment pas eu de printemps. L’été a plus ou moins commence en Avril et moi, 5 mois d’été ça me suffit.
While it's not quite officially fall yet, we're (at last) getting a taste of it. For the last three nights we've been able to sleep with the windows open and today it's a perfect sunny 73°F, it will be down to 50°F tonight. A gentle autumn breeze should chase the mosquitoes away from the yard, at least for the day. I can't wait for fall colors.
It's true that this year we pretty much had no spring. Summer more or less started in April and for me, with 5 months of summer, I've had enough.
