Hosting January’s issue of AWED has been a great occasion to do some research on Persian food, try a few recipes, bookmark many of them and get to know this amazing cuisine a little better…

I wanted to prepare and post many more recipes, but it will have to be after the event… In the meantime, I hope you will enjoy this round-up and maybe try some of these recipes…

Le mois de janvier vient de s’achever, et j’ai eu le plaisir d’organiser AWED sur la cuisine persane, ce qui a été une excellente occasion de faire quelques recherches sur cette délicieuse cuisine, d’essayer quelques recettes, d’en noter beaucoup d’autres pour plus tard et de découvrir un peu plus cette cuisine fascinante…

Je voulais préparer et poster beaucoup plus de recettes, mais il va falloir attendre un peu pour les voir…
