Zinc buttons with rampant lions from WWII Belgian officers coat
1920's coated zinc cinch buckle
Hand-sewn, gimp-corded, bartack-ended buttonholes completed with silk finishing thread
Selvedge detail on facings, inner cuffs, back cinch, hanger loop and inner pocket
Undercollar reverse padstiched to French canvas
All seams felled with armholes bias-bound
Name tag hand-embroidered on over-dyed cobalt cotton
Texts hand-written onto a military deadstock linen bedsheet dated 1966
Construction time: 312 hours
