From the APP kitchen: Anzac biscuits

Last wednesday it was Anzac day (I explained it more here) and the tradition both in Australia and New Zealand is to eat Anzac biscuits! And that is exactly what I did...after baking them.
Mercredi dernier était Anzac day (j'explique un peu plus ici) et la tradition en Australie et Nouvelle-Zélande est bien sûre de manger des biscuits Anzac! C'est donc ce que j'ai fait....après les avoir cuisiné.
