La romancière, dont la série " Chroniques d'un Vampire" a été vendu à plus de 80 millions de copies, a annoncé dimanche que les fans peuvent attendre avec impatience un nouveau tome le 28 octobre. Sur le podcast "le Dîner avec Christopher Rice et Eric Shaw Quinn," co-animé par le fils du Rice, elle a dit "je peux vous annoncer que mon nouveau roman sera prometteur". Le titre est " Le Prince Lestat" et sera "une vraie suite" à son roman de 1988 "la Reine du Damné," le troisième dans cette série populaire.

On the podcast ”The Dinner Party with Christopher Rice and Eric Shaw Quinn,” co-hosted by Rice’s son, she said “I am at last able to announce my up-and-coming new novel. The title is ‘Prince Lestat,’ and it is a big Vampire Chronicle.” Rice said “Prince Lestat” will be a “true sequel” to her 1988 novel “Queen of the Damned,” the third in that popular series.
