Indice de Bonheur dans l'Entreprise (IBE)

Voila notre réponse.

Pouvons nous imaginer un systeme appellé IBE ?
L'Indice de Bonheur dans l'Entreprise.
Ce serait une note basée sur différents indicateurs tels que :
- La distance entre votre travail et votre maison
- La place en m² que vous avez pour travailler
- Les Services à la Personne qui sont disponibles dans l'entreprise (tels que des leçons de cuisine ou des cours de gymnastique)
- La note écologique de l'entreprise
- etc
Si l'entreprise a un bon IBE, elle sera moins taxée.
L'entreprise aura une obligation de communication à propos de son IBE.
Ainsi les meilleurs employés viendront dans l'entreprise en ayant connaissance de son IBE.
L'entreprise sera toujours un bon moyen de faire de l'argent.
Mais la finalité sera le développement de l'être humain.

Can we imagine a system called IBE ?


In french it will be the "Indice de Bonheur dans l'Entreprise" or in english " the entreprise happiness indicator"
It will be a note (like 7/10) base on several indicator such as :
- the distance between your work and home
- the space you have to work
- the "Service à la personne" (individual service) which are available in the entreprise (such as a cook teacher, gym prof etc)
- the ecologic notation of the entreprise
- etc
If the entreprise has a good IBE, it will be less taxed.
The entreprise will have a communication obligation about this IBE. So the best employees would come in the entreprise.

So the entreprise will continue to be a good way of making money.
But the finality will be a good way to human to developpe themself.
