2010 is set to be a massive year for Bigger Than Barry Records. So to celebrate the good times ahead, we're gonna deliver a fresh new EP to y'all!
The Barry Sampler showcases 6 different genres from 6 artists all with an electric edge.
DUB MELITIA – HANTILLY First up is Dub Melitia. They've already worked closely with with the likes of Agent X have been showcased on the prestigious BBC 1 X-tra.
Bringing a new dubstep flava, their production skills are finally ready to touch down - you better hope you're ready!
ENIGMA – ARE YOU DIZZY? Label favourite Enigma has been getting support worldwide recently. A regular on Bigger Than Barry releases, Enigma comes with an electro-style dubstep track that has blown the roof off countless underground raves recently.
Are You Dizzy will have your head spinning.
DR.LOVE – DUB FUNK The Dr's debut release on BTB records brings a bouncy riff, funky anthem and generally HUGE riddim. Set to be the first of many releases from the love doctor!
PAUL SIRRELL – DON'T GO (RETRO ELECTRO MIX) Synthesizers once ruled the underground club scene, this revamp of Yazz's 'Don't go' gives us a kick-back to the 80's, but maintains its modern edge. Debut release from Paul Sirrell on BTB records.
DIGITAL DUB JUNKIES – I NEED A RHYTHM The DDJ's bring a pumping bass track, laced with a fidget jackin edge. The second drop is a monster!
SHORTERZ – ARE YOU DIZZY DUB ? Last, but by no means least, label regular Shorterz pushes the parameters for his latest release. Samba tribal beats a hard-hitting bass drop and a touch of the Dutch sound.
