Turkcell et Ticket Restaurant (Edenred) lancent un pilote permettant aux employés de Turkcell de payer leur repas grâce à un téléphone NFC. Ce pilote fait suite à des tentatives déjà menées par le passé en Belgique et en Europe Centrale qui ont tenté de dématérialiser les titres restaurant sur mobile :
Turkcell has partnered Ticket Restaurant, a brand of provider of pre-paid corporate services Edenred, to launch a mobile payment pilot service powered by Turkcell's mobile wallet service Cep-T Cuzdan. The service enables Turkcell employees with Ticket Restaurant meal cards to pay for meals using NFC mobile phones. During the pilot phase of this global initiative, the NFC-based non-bank application enables meal card holders to make payments with their mobile phones at 20 restaurants and cafes across 60 points using contact-free POS devices. As Ticket Restaurant cards were transferred to the mobile platform, Turkcell employees can pay for their lunch via their NFC-based Turkcell T20 smartphones without any other transaction being required. Turkcell employees using the Turkcell Cep-T Cuzdan Antenna, which is compatible with nearly 50 different devices, may also use this service by making their devices NFC compatible. source telecompaper.com
