Formation en ressources hunaines

Je ne suis pas assez "branché" sur le développement des compétences en ressource shunaines pour déterminer si ce domaine de formation est en effervescence ces jours-ci. Mais si je considère l'ampleur des problématiques qui pointent à l'horizon, j'ose espérer que les gurus des ressources humaines sont occupés à dresser des plans en ce sens. Si je me pose cette question, outre les soucis que j'évoque régulièrement ici, c'est que ma boîte à spam contenait la pub suivante. Pas bête comme offre de service pour des formation à distance :

Human Resources (Associate's)

The AIU Online Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree program, with a concentration in Human Resources, is designed to offer a practical base of knowledge for students interested in pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. This curriculum expands the on the general business skills of the AIU Online AABA by focusing on specific skills needed for human resource administration.
Topics of study include recruitment, selection, team dynamics, compensation, benefits, and records management. Students will learn the importance of applying principles of team building and conflict resolution to solve problems. They will also gain an understanding of the development of compensation and incentive plans and the components of employee benefit programs.
Upon completion of this degree program, graduates will be qualified to determine human resource needs, recruit candidates for positions and select candidates to fill positions. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for careers such as: Human Resources Representative, Benefits Administrator, Personal Records Supervisor, HR Coordinator and many other interesting positions.
