Computex : ASUS dévoile son TAICHI, une tablette convertible double écran !

Asus est en train de terminé sa conférence du presse du Computex et vient juste de dévoiler le TAICHI, un hybride ultrabook/tablette doté de deux écrans ! Le TAICHI sera disponible en versions 11.6″ et 13.3″ avec notamment une dalle FHD/Super IPS+, un processeur Intel Ivy Bridge Core i7 avec 4Go de RAM, deux webcams (avant et arrière), le Wifi, un SSD ou encore l’épaisseur et le poids des Zenbooks, le tout sous Windows 8. Le TAICHI dispose de deux écrans avec une résolution de 1900 x 1280 pixel, un qui vous servira à l’utiliser comme un portable avec clavier rétro éclairé et trakcpad et l’autre au dos qui vous permettra de l’utiliser comme une tablette tactile multitouch. Après le Padfone, Asus nous sort un nouveau concept, qui pourrait bien fonctionner… Pas de prix annoncé.

The ASUS TAICHI is a slim and stylish ultraportable with an astonishing key feature – both 11.6″ and 13.3″ models have a brilliant double-sided LED-backlit IPS/FHD display. ASUS Transformer Book – the world’s first convertible notebook
The ASUS Transformer Book is the world’s first convertible notebook – allowing users to instantly switch between a notebook and a tablet by simply detaching the screen. It is aimed at users who prefer the portability of a multi-touch tablet computer for leisure, but still want access to a more traditional Windows-based notebook for productivity use.
