Je voulais faire un cocktail avec Amarula qui est un de mes boissons préférées. C'est une crème un peu comme le Baileys qui vient de l’Afrique du Sud et qui est faite à base du fruit de marula. Je voulais ajouter une touche d'agrumes, alors j'ai ajouté un peu de jus de citron et le mélange a caillé immédiatement ... eh bien, je l’ai jeté, je me suis dit, presque immédiatement - si j'essaie avec du Cointreau? Donc, la tentative suivante était avec du Cointreau et de l’Amarula. Bingo! J'ai eu une bombe de cocktail et j'ai vraiment aimé ça ...

I wanted to make a cocktail with Amarula which is one of my favorite drinks. It’s a South African cream drink a bit like Baileys but made with the marula fruit. I wanted to add a citrus touch, so I added some lime juice and the drink curdled immediately… well, that lot went down the drain and then, I said, almost immediately – what if I try Cointreau?
