Le studio de design italien Interno99 composé de Piergiorgio Del Ben et Sara Moretto nous présente Sottobosco, ou sous bois en français, une table de salon mêlant bois et acier.
Un plateau réalisé par emboitement reposant sur de solides pieds d’acier, le designers indiquent vouloir représenter la forêt en vue du dessous, dénonçant la déforestation, pas évident tout de même…
Mais cela ne perturbe en rien la qualité de finition et esthétisme de l’ensemble où le bois semble travaillé tel un matériaux moulé malléable !
« Table in wood and steel. The project was conceived by simplifying the shape of a forest. The part of forestation in the summer, creates plots between nearby of foliage that prevent you to see the sky at those who are below and the table evokes the view above the forest. The wooden top is made of two parts using the technology of 5-axis machines; the steel legs are joined together by interlocking and bonding.«
