Une bonne dose d’équilibre !

Michael Grab est passé maître dans l’art de faire tenir des pierres de toute taille en équilibre, sans artifices.

Il explique comment il le fait: « L’élément le plus fondamental de l’équilibre dans un sens physique est de trouver une sorte de trépied » pour la roche afin qu’elle se tienne debout. Chaque pierre est recouverte d’une variété de petites ou grandes entailles qui peuvent agir comme un trépied pour la pierre afin de se tenir debout.

En accordant une attention particulière à la sensation des rochers, vous allez commencer à sentir les moindres clics des encoches des roches en contact une fois l’une sur l’autre. Dans certains cas se crée une l’illusion d’apesanteur ou les roches semblent à peine se toucher.

Parallèlement à l’élément physique, l’élément non-physique le plus fondamental est plus difficile à expliquer par des mots. Je me réfère à la méditation, ou comment trouver un point de silence en vous.

Certaines tentatives d’équilibres peuvent en effet appliquer une pression importante sur votre esprit et votre patience. Le défi est de surmonter patiemment tout doute qui pourrait surgir.
