[Review] Brasserie Europa at Siam Kempinski Bangkok

I visited BRASSERIE EUROPA at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok recently.

Of course I got 50% off using Eatigo (What’s Eatigo?).

It’s located on the ground floor at the hotel — you can see swimming pool from the restaurant.

It’s a really beautiful view!

As I wasn’t very hungry at that time, I ordered only Nicoise Salad.

He ordered Wiener schnitzel. (It’s already cut in the photo.)

My salad was really fresh and not too salty. It’s my favorite style! The beautiful appetizer dish above also impressed me. His Schnitzel also looked really cute with small leafs on top. I stole one bite from him. It’s really tasty!! It ended up with a grilled flavor, but the perfect degree of softness.

My overall impression about this restaurant is great. The presentation is really nice — all of the dishes were so beautiful, as well as very tasty. Their seasoning is simple and not too strong, so they use ingredients very well.

This is a five star hotel, so the decorating and atmosphere at this restaurant is gorgeous. I felt totally relaxed and luxurious while dining there.

な、なんとお料理が５０％オフ！

５スターで５０％オフは大きいですよね。

お値段的に新宿でごはんを食べる感じです。飲み会よりも安上がりです。

ケンピンスキーはアクセスが良いうえにホテル内が静かで開放的なので大好きです。

ラウンジでのアフタヌーンティーのおいしさはもちろん、コーヒーを単品で頼んでももれなく美味しいクッキーがサービスでついてきます。

休日に優雅に１人読書したい時はケンピンスキーのラウンジがベストです。

さて肝心なレストランはスイミングプールが望める素敵な内装でした。

私はあまりお腹がすいていなかったのでサラダのみでしたが、

サラダの味つけがさっぱりしていて私好みでした。

ニックが食べていたシュニッツェルもとっても美味しくて、おまけにリーフがちょこんとトッピングされているあたりに洗練されたセンスを感じました。

盛り付け方ってその料理の味をさらに美味しくさせることができるし、見てるだけで満たされた気分になります。

この後、大げんかしてパラゴンで追いかけっこしました。笑
