Even you don’t hit upon any good ideas about making your own salad, it’s fine. You can pick salads from their menu too, but it’s more fun to create your own.
You can pick whatever you want from order form. If you care about calories, you can choose low calorie dressings. This time I choose romaine lettuce, carrot, broccoli, mushroom, beetroot, blue cheese, chicken and shrimp with tomato oil dressing.
I got quite surprised about the portion I got – it’s huge!
I ordered the L size and it was much bigger than I expected. But don’t, worry it’s still salad! You can enjoy a big portion without worrying about your weight! I was so satisfied with this size of dish.
I came here many times already but never I get bored, because I can make salad according to my feelings on the day.
I also like the minted avocado smoothie, which is made from mint, avocado and vanilla yogurt.
It’s the best smoothie in Bangkok so far.
It tastes creamy and milky…. I hope it still has lots of vitamins! Haha.
This shop is always a good option side when you’re on a diet.
今日は食べ過ぎてしまった時の救世主、Dressedを紹介します。
今までパラゴンの店舗しか知らなかったのですが、最近他の店舗も見つけたのでよく行くようになりました。
なんといっても自分で作れるカスタマイズサラダが楽しい！
そしてLサイズはかなりボリューミーなので胃がしっかり満たされます。
先日はロメインレタス、にんじん、ブロッコリー、きのこ、ビートルート、ブルーチーズ、チキン、えび、トマトオイルドレッシングを選んで注文したら超ボリューミーだったので驚きました。
サラダなのになぜか胃もたれを起こしました。笑
ここのスムージーもとっても美味しくて、Minted avocadoの味がお気に入りです。
アボカド、ミント、バニラヨーグルトが入っていて私的にバンコクのベストスムージーです。
もったりしていてデザートみたいだけどアボカドが入ってるし、栄養あるよねきっと。
Dressedの店舗がもっと増えてくれれば、毎日行くのにってくらい大好きです。
