{" en ": "Hi guys ! Welcome to LikeMroseM ! I hope you're all doing well ! Today I'm showing you how to make your own hair growth oil ! But first a quick length check ! Our hair growth challenge started this January 11st ! Go check our last video for further information on our challenge You will probably notice that Myriam's hair is shorter than in our first videos She wanted a new look and had a lot of her length cut and got bangs The length is over ! Let's get to the oil ! You will need an empty and clean bottle The first ingredient is Coprah oil (or coconut oil) Coconut oil softens, strengthens, protects and provides Vitamin E to your hair I fill half of my bottle with coconut oil (1/2 a cup) Next, I had 1/4 of a cup of extra virgin olive oil. It makes hair shiny, soft and strong. It is also an excellent antioxydant. And with coconut oil, one of the rare oils capable of penetrating the hair shaft. The last main ingredient is castor oil. Well known for its numerous benefits. It nourishes, protects and adds shine to the hair. I also add 1/4 of it. 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1/4 of castor oil The following ingredients are optional 1 tsp or vegetable glycerin 1tsp of Vitamin E 8 drops of Ylang-Ylang 15 drops of Lavender essential oil 15 drops of Tea Tree Oil 10 drops of Pro Vitamin B5 1/4 tsp of Maca Vital Give it a good shake and it's ready ! It is the perfect oil for the sixth step of our hair growth challenge the prepoo or hot oil treatement Apply the oil on damp hair and let it sit for 45 minutes to an hour As always all the information regarding the products and the measurements are in the description box Don't forget to give a thumbs up to this video if you liked it To subscribe to follow our challenge And to follow us on Facebook and Instagram See you next video !
