La chaîne d’approvisionnement – parlons-en.

Nous entendons beaucoup parler des perturbations dans les livraisons, des pénuries imminentes, etc. le tout vraisemblablement lié à des problèmes causés par l’informatique ou autre. En d’autres termes, la Grande réinitialisation est en cours, et la chaîne d’approvisionnement mondiale est surtout sous le contrôle et l’influence déterminante d’un groupe de mondialistes dont les objectifs sont très différents de ceux d’un consommateur aux États-Unis ou ailleurs, ou encore d’une usine de fabrication en Chine. Quiconque pense que l’objectif des quelques personnes en charge de la chaîne d’approvisionnement est de vous permettre de conserver votre activité professionnelle ou de vous permettre de choisir parmi une sélection illimitée de bibelots et de baskets bon marché n’est pas attentif à la situation. Nous sommes actuellement déjà au point de basculement voire même juste après.

Les perturbations dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement n’ont pas été résolues, et on ne sait pas quand elles le seront [si tant est qu’elles le soient un jour – NdT]. On peut constater les effets de ces perturbations dans nos commerces sous la forme de pénuries et de prix plus élevés.

Pourtant, la chaîne d’approvisionnement est un sujet peu familier à la plupart au-delà d’une connaissance superficielle. La plupart des gens pensent que la chaîne d’approvisionnement fait simplement partie de l’économie mondiale. Ce n’est pas tout à fait vrai. La chaîne d’approvisionnement EST l’économie mondiale.

Il n’existe pas un seul bien ou service de quelque nature que ce soit qui ne passe pas par une chaîne d’approvisionnement. Pas un seul.Si la chaîne d’approvisionnement mondiale est rompue, alors l’économie mondiale est rompue. Ce qui semble être de plus en plus le cas. Les dysfonctionnements de la chaîne d’approvisionnement vont s’aggraver. Ce qui est encore plus inquiétant, c’est que la mise en œuvre des remèdes prendra des années, voire des décennies.

Les raisons de cette situation sont liées à l’augmentation des délais de livraison eux-mêmes dus aux délocalisations. Par exemple, les États-Unis pourraient réduire leur dépendance vis-à-vis des importations de semi-conducteurs asiatiques en construisant leurs propres usines de fabrication de semi-conducteurs. Le problème est que la construction de ces usines prend de trois à cinq ans et que le nombre d’unités nécessaires est énorme. Il existe des obstacles au redressement de la chaîne d’approvisionnement qui ne sont pas directement liés à des chaînes d’approvisionnement particulières mais qui nuisent néanmoins au processus d’adaptation et de substitution.

CHEZ BLOOMBERG ON NOUS AVERTIT: « EU to Stage Large–Scale Cyberattack Exercise on Supply Chains« 

(Bloomberg) — European Union governments will launch later this week a large-scale simulation of cyberattacks against multiple member states.

Participants will be confronted with attacks on their supply chains and some spillover socio-economic effects in other member states, before having to coordinate public communications and a diplomatic response, according to people familiar with the matter and documents seen by Bloomberg. 

The aim of the six-week exercise is to stress-test Europe’s resilience, strengthen preparedness and cooperation among member states, and improve the effectiveness of a joint response.

The EU simulation comes amid concerns that Russia could couple any aggressive act toward Ukraine with cyberattacks directed at the West.

One of the EU documents cites the recent hack against the software company SolarWinds Corp., which according to U.S. and U.K. intelligence assessments was carried out by Russian intelligence and affected companies on both sides of the Atlantic.

Though the EU has various tools at its disposal to counter and sanction acts of cyber aggression, it doesn’t currently have a framework for effectively coordinating a joint response to a major crisis, the document says.

The exercise will be structured around a gradual escalation toward a major crisis that culminates in an attack that could qualify as an armed aggression under the United Nations Charter, according to one of the documents. In order to be as realistic as possible and better prepare the bloc for a real-world attack, it will be modeled on incidents that have taken place or could occur in the near future. 

The simulation, which is being proposed by the French presidency of the EU, is expected to begin this month and conclude during a meeting of the bloc’s foreign ministers at the end of next month.

A French spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

More than 7 million people from 78 countries tuned in to watch the Cyber Polygon online conference.

The technical training was designed for the participants to exercise their skills in repelling a massive supply chain attack on a business-critical system in real time, followed by a full-scale investigation of the incident. A total of 200 organisations from 48 countries took part in the technical training. Cybersecurity and digital sustainability are gaining momentum across all continents, nations and trades, and even traditional industries now recognize cybersecurity as their strategic priority and seek to develop their cyber defence competencies.

The event also incorporated an expert track for field professionals which featured insightful presentations by cybersecurity experts. This track addressed an array of current cyber risks and threats, as well as the key aspects of developing a mature cybersecurity posture.
