We used Nick's services in 2021 to stretch out some lumps that had formed in our 3 year-old carpeting. We appreciated his great work and reasonable price. A couple of years later in 2023 some other areas of our carpet formed lumps, so we emailed photos to Nick. He came by a few days later, gave us a reasonable estimate, and completed the project immediately over the next couple of hours. We are very satisfied with his work again!

I can't say enough good things about Nick and Gold Coast Flooring, he's friendly, responsive, fair priced and excellent workmanship. We're putting my mom's house on the market and the carpet is old and lumpy, they cleaned and stretched it and made it look 100 times better than it looked before. 1 room that wasn't lumpy before became lumpy after the cleaning and Nick came and stretched it immediately for no charge. Great company, highly recommend to anyone!

My wife and I were visiting her mother in her new place and brought our dogs as we usually do. We have a 60lb pit and a somewhat anxious 10lb toy Australian Shepherd. While we stepped out of her apartment for awhile without the dogs, the little one lost it. Usually when we visit they had access to the outside and to roam, but this time we had the dogs locked inside. Unfortunately the little guy was so nervous or angry he actually pulled up the carpet from the door edge and tore it to shreds for about 1" by 6". On top of that he pulled it back probably about 2 feet and absolutely destroyed the foam underlayment. This unfortunately also is an apartment my mother in law just moved into, so naturally I wanted to repair it asap.

I found Gold Coast thanks to yelp and noticed a couple other reviews with almost identical damage. I reached out to Nick through Yelp and even though it wasn't during business hours he replied pretty quickly and reassured me that he specializes in these sort of repairs. I was able to send pictures, get a quote from him and coordinate with him and my mother in law to get the floor fixed. He made the experience very positive and worked with me every step of the way. He did the work quickly and left it looking as good as new. I really appreciated the way he was able to send me before and after pictures and send my the invoice via PayPal since I live several hundred miles away. If you have similar damage from a pet, contact him as he does great work and really goes the extra mile.

Nick did two different carpet installations for me in my rental. He was always very responsive, professional, courteous and reasonable in his pricing. Not only did Nick do an awesome job installing, he even vacuumed the carpet after the installs. In all the times I've had carpet installed this experience was the best. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Nick at Gold Coast Flooring. He came out within a day to provide us with a carpet install estimate which was very competitive with the other estimates we received. Nick was able to fit us into his schedule in a very timely manner. He was always punctual and even responded to emails promptly. Nick is professional, respectful, and a very hard worker. He is very meticulous about his work and is able to install carpet SO quickly!! Our whole job was completed in just a few days.
