#swcp l’innovation dans les entreprises, un enjeu de relations publiques ?

Citoyens !

Comme promis, un mini compte rendu  de l’atelier (en anglais) autour de « collaborative ideation et innovation » @ Social Web Camp in Paris. Etaient présents Julian Loren, Womarketing et UnSuShidansmonlit. Quelques notes, en vrac :

Innovation: still this idea of manufacturing
in complex projects: the 1st person comes with the strategy, flawless. Then detailed designs. Then something else. A pb in the management process. And finally you have to force it down & monetize the product.

How social networks can soften the whole process?

j’étais assez surpris de voir que derrière le barbarisme « optimisation du processus d’ ideation », c’est en fait quelque chose qu’on utilise tous les jours en social media marketing : engager les atouts (hommes, plateformes, que sais-je ?) au plus tôt dans la chaîne de valeur pour la rendre plus efficace, et surtout plus pertinente. Je sais que ça peut encore surprendre, mais les RP servent justement à ça, et pas seulement à bazarder des communiqués de presse.

Une autre idée abordée était que pour que ces communautés créées fonctionnent, il aurait fallu des individus pour diriger les autres contributeurs. Sur le moment, je n’ai pas réagi, mais il s’agit bien plutôt de diriger les conversations vers les endroits les plus pertinents. On appelle ça community mangement, non ? :p
