“The red & the black” est une nouvelle version du “I’m on the lamb but I ain’t no sheep” du premier album et “Baby ice dog” contient un premier texte écrit par Patti Smith, deux ans avant la parution de son premier album.

Un album qui établit l’excellence et l’originalité du Blue Oyster Cult une bonne fois pour toutes.

J’aime particulièrement “hot rails to hell” et “7 screaming diz-busters”.

Le Cult tourne sans cesse, d’une côte à l’autre, établissant leur renommée scénique concert après concert, et grimpant peu à peu les marches menant au sommet.
