Chèque impayé

Chèques impayés.

Dans la communauté chinoise, lorsqu'un commerçant est payé avec un "chèque en bois", il ne fait pas de procès, il affiche ce chèque dans sa boutique avec l'annotation de la banque "impayé pour manque de provision" et quelques jours plus tard, la nouvelle à fait le tour de la communauté et le mauvais payeur ne peux plus se présenter chez aucun des commerçant du quartier...

Dans la communauté des restaurateurs et cafetiers auvergnats en cas d'impayé, le commerçant prend son téléphone et communique à ses amis de la profession les coordonnées du mauvais payeur et celui-ci est vite évincé de la clientèle...

Aujourd'hui, avec internet, l'information peut également circuler très vite et sachant que les recours en justices sont  longs, fastidieux et coûteux, j'ai décidé de publier ce chèque d'un montant de 1500€ émis au mois de mars par l'academia Euromediterranea delle arti, association qui organise des
évenements  internationaux d'art afin d'avertir mes confrères organisateurs d'expositions et les artistes du risque encouru à travailler avec Madame  Maria Teresa Prestigiacomo.

Bien entendu, cet article sera retiré le jour ou cet impayé sera régularisé,si cela arrive...

Unpaid checks.

Today, with internet, the information can also circulate very fast and knowing that the appeals in justices are long, boring and expensive, I decided to publish this check to the amount of 1500€ emitted(uttered) in March by the academia Euromediterranea delle arti, the association which organizes
International évenements of art to warn my organizing colleagues of exhibitions(exposures) and the artists of the risk incurred to work with Madam Maria Teresa Prestigiacomo.

Naturally, this article will be removed in the daytime or this outstanding payment will be settled, if it arrives...

Assegni insoluti.

Nella comunità cinese, quando un commerciante è pagato con un "assegno in legna", non fa di processo, affigge questo assegno nella sua bottega con l'annotazione della banca "insoluta per mancanza di provvista" ed alcuni giorni più tardi, la notizia a fatto il giro della comunità ed il cattivo pagatore non possono più presentarsi da nessuno del commerciante del quartiere...

Nella comunità dei restauratori e cafetiers auvergnats in caso di insoluto, il commerciante prende il suo telefono e comunichi ai suoi amici della professione le coordinate del cattivo pagatore e questo è escluso rapidamente della clientela...

Oggi, con internet, la notizia può circolare anche molto rapidamente e sapendo che i ricorsi in giustizie sono lunghi, fastidiosi e costosi, ho deciso di pubblicare questo assegno di un importo di 1500 €  emessi al mese di marzo per l'academia Euromediterranea delle arte, associazione che organizza degli avvenimenti  internationaux di arte per avvertire i miei colleghi organizzatori di esposizioni e gli artisti del rischio incorso a lavorare con la Signora Maria Teresa Prestigiacomo.

Beninteso, questo articolo sarà ritirato il giorno o questo insoluto sarà régularisé,si ciò arrivo...

Cheques impagados.

En la comunidad china, cuando un comerciante es pagado con un "cheque sin fondos", no hace proceso, fija este cheque en su tienda con la anotación del banco " impagado para falta de provisión " y algunos días más tarde, la noticia(cuento) a dado la vuelta a la comunidad y el pésimo deudor no puedas más presentarte en ninguno de comerciante del barrio(cuarto)...

En la comunidad de los restauradores(dueños de un restaurante) y los cafeteros auverneses en caso de impagado, el comerciante toma su teléfono y les comunica a sus amigos de la profesión las señas del pésimo deudor y éste es rápidamente eliminado de la clientela...

Hoy, con internet, la información también puede circular muy rápidamente y sabiendo que los recursos en justicias son largos, fastidiosos y costosos, decidí publicar este cheque de un importe de 1500€ emitidos en marzo por el academia Euromediterranea delle arti, la asociación que organiza
Évenements internacional de arte con el fin de advertir a mis colegas organizadores de exposiciones y los artistas del riesgo incurrido a trabajar con Señora Maria Teresa  Prestigiacomo.

Desde luego, este artículo será retirado el día o este impagado será regularizado, si esto llega...

Unbezahlte Schecks.

In der chinesischen Gemeinschaft, wenn(als) ein Händler mit einem "ungedeckten Scheck" bezahlt ist, es macht aus dem Prozeß, es zeigt(hängt) diesen Scheck in seinem kleinen Laden mit der Anmerkung der Bank an(aus) " unbezahlt für Vorratsbeschaffungsmangel " und einige Tage später, die Nachricht in Tatsache die Reihe(Rundfahrt) der Gemeinschaft und des schlechten Zahlers, k sich bei einem Händler des Bezirkes(Vierteljahres) nicht mehr vorstellen...

In der Gemeinschaft der Gastwirte und der Kneipenwirte, die im Falle unbezahlten sind auvergnats, nimmt der Händler sein Telefon und teilt ihren Freunden des Berufes die Personalien(Koordinaten) des schlechten Zahlers mit und ist dieser von der Kundschaft schnell ausgeschlossen...

Heute mit dem Internet, kann die Information ebenfalls sehr schnell zirkulieren und wissend, daß die Berufungen in der Gerechtigkeit lang, langweilig und teuer sind, ich habe beschlossen, diesen Scheck über einen Betrag von 1500€ zu veröffentlichen, die am März vom academia Euromediterranea Delle arti, dem Verein ausgestrahlt sind, der organisiert
Die Kunst internationalen évenements, um meine organisatorischen Ausstellungskollegen und die Künstler des Risikos zu benachrichtigen, das ausgesetzt ist, mit Frau Maria Teresa Prestigiacomo zu arbeiten.

Selbstverständlich wird dieser Artikel am Tag genommen sein oder dieser Unbezahlte wird geregelt sein, wenn das ankommt...
