Tartinade de thon et radis noir / Black Radish and Tuna Spread

Dans vos commentaires sur le dernier panier, je me suis rendue compte que beaucoup trouvait le radis noir agressif au goût. Il est vrai que nature il décape un peu! . Ceci dit, en Alsace, on à l’habitude de manger du raifort avec différentes spécialités. Vous comprendrez donc que nous ne le trouvons pas particulièrement méchant… Quoiqu’il en soit, la recette que je vous propose pour tartiner ce que vous avez sous la main (pain toasté, tortilla, pita, etc…) fait partie des préparations qui adoucissent la saveur du radis noir.

Tartinade de thon et radis noir / Black Radish and Tuna Spread :

Ingrédients : (pour 6 personnes)

- 400g de radis noir

- 400g de thon au naturel

- 250g de ricotta

- sel, poivre

Préparation :

Peler et râper finement les radis.

Egoutter le thon et l’émietter dans un saladier. Ajouter la ricotta et les radis râpés. Bien mélanger. Assaisonner à votre goût. Réserver au frais avant de servir.

Excellent dans des pitas avec un filet d’huile d’olive!

. That said, in Alsace, we’re used to eat horseradish with different specialties. You understand that we do not find it particularly nasty … Anyway, the recipe I offer to spread on whatever lies around (toasted bread, tortilla, pita, etc…) is part of the preparations that soften the flavor of horseradish.

Black Radish and Tuna Spread :

Ingredients : (serves 6)

- 400g of radish

- 400g tuna in brine

- 250g ricotta

- salt and pepper

Preparation :

Peel and finely grate the radish.

Drain the tuna and crumble it into a bowl. Add the ricotta and the grated radish. Mix well. Season to taste. Refrigerate before serving.

Great in a pita with a drizzle of olive oil!
