When you prepared a big meal for your guests or family but still want to have an appetizer it's nice to find something to serve that can be both light but delicious. These brochettes are perfect for this because even though there are easy and quick to realise, there are really devine and so fresh... Ideal before a summer or early automn meal!Preparation (for 20 brochettes):-8 slices of smoked ham-4 fresh figs-5oz of ashed goat cheese-1,5 tablespoons of liquid honey-pepperWash the figs and cut them in four. Cut the cheese in ...... pieces. On the brochette place a piece of fig, a piece of cheese and half a piece of rolled ham. Put aside in the fridge and when it's time to serve brush the brochette with honey than add the pepper.
