Pizza is one of the most liked dish in the world but it's often associated to fast-food and yet it can be really a gourmet dish. I have nothing to say against frozen pizza, so practical when you don't have time, but I still prefer to cook my own pizzas to know what I have in my plate. I often make a lot of pizza dough so I can always have some in my freezer for the week. Here I chose ingredients that we love with my fiance and especially chorizo sausage that I chose with only little fat and to be sure it would be light I put halfway on the pizza (like the olives because after there are too dry). The result was really good and it really enhance the chorizo!Ingredients (for 2 persons):
-1 pizza dough
-3,5 oz of tomato sauce
-10 thin slices of chorizo
-1/3 green pepper
-1 mozzarella ball
-olives
Preheat the oven at 410°F. On a home-made pizza dough (the recipe here : Pizza dough), spread the sauce on the dough. Slice the mozzarella and put on the sauce. Cut slices of green pepper and put them on the pizza. Put the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes. Take the pizza out of the oven and share the slices of chorizo and the olives on it and put the pizza back in the oven until the dough is well cooked. Than eat it!
