Ingrédients (pour 8 brochettes):
-8 tranches de noix de boeuf séchée
-16 grains de raisins sans pépins
-100g de gorgonzola
Coupez le gorgonzola en huit tranches. Placez chaque tranche de gorgonzola sur le bord des tranches de noix de boeuf puis roulez-les. Lavez et équeutez les grains de raisins.
Piquez sur une brochette un grain de raisin puis le roulé de boeuf au gorgonzola et encore un grain de raisin.

Place each pieces of gorgonzola on a side of the slice of beef than roll the meat so that the gorgonzola stays inside. Wash and tail the grapes.Jab a grape on the brochette than add the gorgonzola-beef roll and then another grape.
