Thé à la menthe

Ebouillantez la théière
Placez le thé au fond de la théière
Ajoutez la menthe lavée et essorée

Versez un peu d’eau bouillante
Reversez cette eau dans un verre ou une tasse

Versez le contenu du verre dans la théière
Ajoutez les morceaux de sucre
Ajoutez l’eau bouillante dans  la théière jusqu’au bord
Laissez infuser
Servez bien chaud
