Here is another one of the yakitori recipes I tried
out but this time it’s with pork that I simply marinated in a really tasty marinade!
The yakitoris caramelize just like I love and are really tasty for all the fans
of Japanese flavours!
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
-4 pieces of spare rib
-1 lime
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1/2 cup of soy sauce
-3/4 cube of chicken stock
-2
teaspoons of golden
sesame
Cut the meat in dices.
In a bowl, mix together all the other ingredients and
add the pieces of meat. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 390°F. Put the meat on the
skewers and cook them for 15 minutes. Baste the yakitori with the rest of the
marinade and keep cooking for 5 more minutes. Decorate with sesame and serve
immediately.
