Summer often inspires me with nice salads because I
love eating lighter when it’s warmer and it’s so easy to takeaway everywhere,
at work for example!
This salad is really simple but so delicious with some
tasty crab… Fresh but generous, this salad is perfect for a sunny lunch!!
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
-5 oz. of crab
-2 handfuls
of mixed salad
-2 tomatoes
-1 small can
of corn
-1 avocado
-1 grapefruit
-1/2 lemon
-2
tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar
-2,5
tablespoons of olive oil
-2 teaspoons
of mustard
-salt, pepper
In two plates,
put the mixed salad.
Wash and cut
the tomatoes in small slices. Peel and segment the grapefruit. Cut the avocado
in small slices. Put all these ingredients on the salad. Powder with corn. In
the middle, put the crab. Pour a little bit of lemon juice.
Prepare the
dressing by mixing the mustard with the rest of the lemon and the vinegar. Add
the oil progressively and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and pour on the
salad.
