8 BOOKS I'VE READ LATELY / 8 LIVRES QUE J'AI LUS RÉCEMMENT
1. A Year in the Merde, Stephen Clarke. There are good and bad things about this book. Sometimes the author makes statements about Paris that make me think he's a retard, and sometimes he makes me smile. / Y'a du bon et du moins bon dans ce bouquin. Des fois l'auteur fait des assomptions sur Paris qui me font penser que c'est un attardé, et des fois il me fait sourir
2. Largo Desolato, Vaclav Havel. My first encounter with the works of former Czech President Vaclav Havel. A play, absurd drama, that I really liked. / Ma première rencontre avec les travaux de l'ancien président tchèque Vaclav Havel. Une pièce, genre drame absurde, que j'ai vraiment aimée.
3. Harry Potter 7, J.K. Rowling. 'nuff said / Sans commentaire :p.
4. The Camel Club, David Baldacci. A thriller, that I never would have thought of buying if I saw it in stores. But when I got it for my birthday (not this one), my brother picked right, a very good thriller indeed :) / Un thriller, j'aurais jamais pensé à l'acheter si je l'avais vu en magasin. Mais quand je l'ai eu pour mon anniversaire (pas celui-ci), mon frangin a fait le bon choix, un très bon thriller :)
5. Frommer's Guide to Philadelphia / Guide Frommer's de Philadelphie
6. Lonely Planet Montréal-Québec City
7. Thud, Terry Pratchett. Did I mention he's my favorite english-speaking author? His discworld novels always made me laugh, and I might not even get all the references in there... / Vous ai-je dit que c'était mon auteur préféré? Ses annales du disque-monde me tuent toujours de rire, et je ne comprends peut-être pas toutes les références dedans...
8. Memoirs of a Geisha, Arthur Golden. I always like to read the book before watching the movie... Seeing the movie first would ruin my imagination, it's bad :p / J'aime lire le livre avant de regarder le film... Voir le film en premier gâcherait mon imagination, c'est naze :p
