Banana Bread

A tasty cake with a nice touch of banana.
The recipe is adapted from "The complete Magnolia Bakery cookbook".
A real treat that melts in the mouth.
 

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp vegetable shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp coconut powder

Mix the sugar, oil and egg.Add the banana and beat well.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a pan and bake for about 3/4h until it becomes tanned.
A knife should come out dry.

Un délice qui fond en bouche. 

150g de farine
1/2 càc de levure
2 càs d'huile neutre 
100g de sucre
1 oeuf
1 banane bien mûre
1 càs de coco rapée

Mélanger le sucre, huile et ooeuf.
Ajouter la banane et bien battre.
Ajouter les ingrédients secs et bien amalgamer.
Verser la pâte dans un mole et mettre au four environ 3/4h.
La lame du couteau doit ressortir sèche.
