This summer we went on well deserved and wonderful holidays to Chamonix for two weeks! But even though we have decided that because we were on holiday we won't be doing complicated cooking, we still are real gourmets... So we have decided to go in a very good restaurant all three of us at least once. We chose the restaurant "Atmosphère" which has a excellent menu and a fabulous setting just above the river! But finally we have decided to go a first time for a romantic diner date in the spirit of our romantic day... and I can tell you that this restaurant will always be special for me because just after our first meal there, my loved one proposed (on the balcony with candles and champagne, on one knee... that's how it's done!). So to celebrate our engagement we went back with my great-grand-mother at the end of our holiday! Apart from this real good news I have to say that this restaurant was perfect: an original and tasty cuisine, so fresh and yummy and really nice and caring waiters... Our new favourite address in Chamonix!!! So many good and gourmet memories...
